This Tri-Tip like a brisket on the Bradley smoker turned out wonderful. It was the first time I tried it and I'm so glad I did because it turned out tasty and it's so easy to do. Just take your Tri-Tip and spread a coat of Worcestershire Sauce and then apply the Coffee Rub. (recipe down below). Allow to sit in the refrigerator for about an hour while your Bradley smoker comes to 230 degrees with Hickory Bisquettes. Smoke until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees and wrap in aluminum foil and place back on the smoker until it reaches an internal temperature of 203 degrees and probes like warm butter. Remove from your Bradley smoker, wrap in towels and place in a clean cooler to rest for one hour. Slice and enjoy.
